Traditionally, the teacher-student relationship was fundamental to yoga instruction. This one-on-one relationship recognized the importance of individualizing yoga guidance to each student. As a student of yoga therapy, I am able to help adapt poses to address chronic conditions and work to understand the biomechanics of your particular body to help you deepen your relationship with your practice.
Private yoga sessions allow you to customize your practice to your particular needs. We can work together to establish your home practice and daily routine, deepen and expand your existing practice, or work to accommodate an injury or condition. Working one-on-one, we can build a personal practice tailored to your needs and goals.
Private yoga instruction can offer a welcome reprieve from the distractions of a group class environment, help you deepen your practice, gain confidence, answer questions and provide guidance.
